Joe started his career as an Analytical Chemist (pharmaceuticals) and then moved into laboratory automation to streamline laboratory operations. He implemented LIMS at multiple sites at Syntex (Roche). This led him to transition his career into Information Technology Leadership where served as CIO / Head of IT for over 35 years in the Life Sciences Industry including Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Biopharma and Medical Devices companies.
Joe is also a John C. Maxwell certified coach, trainer and speaker, he is skilled in assisting organizations and individuals achieve exceptional results.
